My name is Grant Sanders and I began teaching in Houston County in 2021. This is my 5th consecutive year teaching 7th grade math and I am teaching Social Studies this year as well. I graduated from Houston County High School in 2016. I graduated from Middle Georgia State University with a Bachelors degree in 2021, and graduated with a Masters Degree from Valdosta State in the Spring of 2025. 

I have a passion for teaching and coaching and love to come to work each and every day. I love to see the growth of my students from Day 1 to the end of the year. I currently coach 8th grade football, 8th grade girls basketball, and 7th grade baseball. In addition to coaching, I am the play by play broadcaster for Houston County High School on the Sportsmic radio network. Give us a listen! I love my daughter Addilyn, she is 4 years old and in Pre-K at LJPS, she is my world! I am excited for another awesome year at the Creek.
