Ms. Ashley Mower- Counselor
Hello everyone! My name is Ashley Mower and I am one of the school counselors here at Mossy Creek. I was born and raised in Houston County, graduating from Warner Robins High School. I received my Bachelors of Science in Education from the University of Georgia, with a major in Middle Grades Math and Science. I taught Math and Science for six years while pursuing my Masters and Specialist Degree in School Counseling from The University of West Alabama. The 2020-2021 school year will be my 9th school year as a School Counselor. I am married to Joey Mower, and we just welcomed our first child, Baylor, this past May. I am looking forward to an incredible year!

Mrs. Val Moss- Counselor

Mrs. Moss received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University, a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from Fort Valley State University and a Specialist degree in Curriculum Instruction and Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She previously taught 7th grade Language Arts at Feagin Mill Middle School. Mrs. Moss' prior experience involved two years as a special education assistant at Valdosta State University and four years as a counselor for the Upward Bound Program. She is excited about providing services to the staff and students of Houston County to ensure student achievement. Mrs. Moss' favorite pastimes are reading and spending time with her husband and two boys
