Coach Ward attended Fort Valley State University where he obtained his bachelor's degree in social work, and he obtained his master's degree in human services from Capella University. This will be Coach Ward's 12th year teaching as he has also taught in Peach and Bibb counties. He coaches 8th grade boys basketball and boys track and field here at "The Creek".
