I am a product of the Houston County school system (Go Eagles!) and from a long line of educators.  I attended the University of Georgia and then received my B.S. in Outdoor Education from Georgia College & State University. I then spent 13 years in the state of Oregon, where I worked for Knowledge Universe as an Area Manager, managing after-school programs and kindergarten half-day programs.  After returning the Georgia, I received my M.A. in Teaching from Georgia College & State University, and I have been at Mossy Creek ever since. I have taught ELA (6-8), Math (6-7), Science (8), and Social Studies (7-8), and have taught Special Education.
